Right out of the box, the cords did not retract. Claimed to be genuine Apple but is not. I wound up returning right away.

works great and was at an amazing price! I have seen all kinds of jacks, some costing at much as $20, but this one may have a lower price, the quality is the exact of all the others.

It's white. that real good.
it has a reel. that's cute.
it has a thick plug.
That dont normally matter,
except that most iphone users buy this outer casing that gives it a personality.
the casing has a smaller hole than the thick plug.
so something has to go
i took a scissors and snipped the casing.
now i got a snipped casing.
that's not good.
but the plug plugs.
that's good.
