A previous reviewer said that this item was large, and that made me order, given that I have large arms, I am VERY grateful for that review. It fits great, and stays on during exercise VERY well, through weights, cardio, etc. It is very comfortable, with a wider strap, and you don't have to make it very tight to make it stay.

As a side note, I had my wife (5'7, 124 lbs) try it on, and it worked ok, but it was at its tightest setting, and still slipped a bit. I would say, offhand, that this is a strap best fit for men.

I was looking for an arm band to hold my Nano 6G while running. I was a little hesitant given the previous reviews stating it runs large. I am 5'6" and 120 lbs and don't have large arms. The arm band is easily adjustable to any size arm and the neoprene is very comfortable. Even on long runs, the arm band stays in place and doesn't chafe. The iPod is easy to insert and remove and it's completely washable. Love it.

Cheap, but a little bigger than necessary. Also if you have a small arm or dont want to use it almost in your armpit this may not fit you, but works for me.

The last thing I wanted to do was spend more than 10 dollars on an armband. I have been using the Nano for a few months without an armband and the clip just doesn't quite hold well enough and is a nuisance flapping on my sleeve.

I honestly wasn't expecting much for how cheap this was but when I opened it up I was pleasantly surprised. The band is very comfortable and large enough for a mans bicep. Not that I'm a body builder or anything but im a 6'4" guy and most things are usually too small.

The strap is easy to use, double stitched, and the nano setting is rubberized so no matter how much you sweat you won't get sweat on your ipod. The clipping mechanism is a great fit. Someone complained about it being uni-positional but you can pinch to rotate your screen just fine for any orientation, no need for buttons really unless using volume control.

I'm looking forward to using this with the Nike+ app and not worrying about sweat getting to this through the band. Not sure about longevity yet but so far so good. I'd recommend this to friends and family for sure.

I admit that I'm not a rail. I'm 6'4 230 lbs. with an athletic build. I'm by no means overweight in any shape, size, or form and my arms are far from massive. I put this thing on and it barely fits me. If your a guy above average height that spends any time in the gym and has average size arms or bigger than this is not for you. It will not fit you properly. With that being said, I can admit that it's well made and would work well for small men and most women. Take my review for what it is. Obviously, many found this to be a good product but it doesn't fit as well as most might think.
