5Great gadget for swimming!  May 23, 2011 By Brig "Brig"
I LOVE my H20 audio amphibix waterproof case & headphones. I got the pink set for mother's day and it has really helped me out while swimming by allowing me to be more focused (and less bored). My 50 minute swims go by super-fast now. I was so surprised and pleased to know that I can change songs/playlists while my iPod is still in the case.

It took me a couple of times swimming with it to get the kinks ironed out, so here are some of the things I've learned while using them:

1) you may need to change the earbud size. I actually use the medium one in my left ear and the small one in my right ear. I don't have anymore water leakage into the ears and they don't fall out. If you get water in your ears, it gets real muddy sounding.
2) You gotta figure out what to do with the headphone cords. They can get a little annoying. Fortunately, I can tuck them into my swimsuit straps. Don't know how a guy would deal with this. You can get a lot of tug and pull with the cords just dangling.
3) wrap cords around your goggle strap before putting them into your ears. That keeps them from pulling out while swimming.
4) don't bump into things with your case. I accidentally changed to a slow, easy rock mix by hitting the lane dividers a couple of times. That was annoying! :-)

4H2O Waterproof Armband for Sansa Clip!  Feb 24, 2009 By Lori Vanhille "My Mottoz"
Love it!! It's a little hard to get the MP3 play out and you can't adjust the volume once it's sealed but you can forward through songs or pause them but if you pause too long and it turns off, your out of luck and will have to dry off and open the case, remove it and then turn it back on. The armband is comfy and makes swimming in place in a pool a lot less boring for me.

5It's great!  Jun 27, 2011 By Thefirstmom
4 months after my c-section, I hit the pool, this makes swim time pass a lot faster. Takes a minute to set it, I tuck it under my swim cap. The only annoying thing is accessing the switch on and off button.

I swim backstroke, freestyle and breast stroke. I can't imagine this sticking in for the butterfly. Arm band does not hinder arm movement.

5Running the River  Jul 06, 2011 By Mile Hi Gal
Due to a knee injury, I needed to work out in the pool, but I can't swim! Our Rec Center has a River. I bought jogging shoes and started jogging the river. It was boring. So I bought the H2O Waterproof case for my Ipod Nano. I hook it on the top of my swimming suit but it can also go around your arm. I am now up to a mile a day. And I can walk without limping! It is great listening to my music. And it works great. I now also use it to do a water aerobics workout. Depending on the workout it gets jarred around and goes under water, especially during aerobics with no problem. I would highly recommend it for working out in the pool.

5Worth the money  Jan 28, 2011 By Sue F
My husband runs almost every day and living in Hawaii, it may start out sunny on a run and end up raining. He ruined his last ipod due to inclement weather (not a raincloud in sight). This is rather large, but fits my husband well (he is 6'2"). I would not be able to wear it without it being too bulky and cumbersome. He loves this armband.
