My wife loves it, since she can hook the waistband clip on her pants or shorts when she runs, and the case also covers the whole unit- except for the tuning wheel, hold switch and plug areas, so it offers great protection for her ipod nano's screen and finish.
My only concern was that the plastic clip would break off, but it is holding up so far- after about 2 weeks of use. I think it is strong enough to hold up if you are just careful with it, and don't pull it open too much.

basically, if you're looking for a simple clear case and want or don't mind a little clip in the back, get this one. similar ones at best buy (with no clip) sell for 15 to 20 bucks more. it's no contest. but just for kicks and giggles:

Pros: excellent price, sturdy clip, sleek design

Cons: difficult to remove case at first, but you get the hang of it. just stick your nail (or something similar) between two pieces toward bottom and slowly slide it up either side until the clips are undone. ta-da. i thought i was going to break it, but it's stood up well so far.

i did accidentally break the tiny plastic part on top (it was in my back pocket and i rolled over on it at a bad angle), but superglue fixed that no problem. additionally, that tiny plastic piece doesn't really seem to be absolutely necessary anyway. maybe just to keep the clip sturdy? i don't know.

Case is nice hard plastic - clear case. Great for keeping my kids from breaking my Ipod, but the bottom sticks out enough that it could be a problem for anyone using an IPOD speaker system that plugs into the bottom and charges it.

I got this for my wife's new iPod and she is loving it already. The ipod case is perfect for the size of iPod Nano 4G and she cant keep from flaunting her pink ipod thru this crystal clear case. I saw other ipod cases which have a thin plastic on top, but I can't imagine how good it is when it comes to adjusting volume. I wanted a case that would allow to touch the wheel and this ipod case fits just that.
When the product arrived I felt the belt clip was a bit loose, but later found that its is designed like that for flexibility. Overall, I am quite happy with this product. Can't beat the price for this wonderful thing.

Overall, it's a decent product for the price. More than anything, I was looking for a case that would cover the screen--this accomplishes that.

The clip on the back side seems very fragile...I'm afraid to use it because it looks like it might break off---nay, it probably will break off. I believe some other reviewers addressed this same issue.

Although the product description indicates this is for the 4th generation, I figured "It has to fit the 5th/current generation of ipod nano, and it does, but not perfectly. Since the 5th generation's screen is a tad bit larger, the case does not sit perfectly around the wheel. I will upload a picture when I have the chance. It doesn't affect functionality at all, so if you're looking for an affordable product, try it out.
